Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposit A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the shoot are eligible for one free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of bad weather (for outdoor sessions), rescheduling will be done at no extra charge. 3. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the session time will be reduced accordingly. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund. 4. Turnaround Time Edited photos will be delivered within 7–10 business days after the session. Rush delivery (within 3 days) is available for an additional fee. 5. Usage & Rights Airtime retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional use. Clients receive high-resolution, professionally edited images for personal or commercial use, depending on the package chosen.
